Random Cypher

Westlund & I decided to record this random little cypher over the Clipse Grindin' instrumental. Huge shout out to Derrick for shooting this! It was also St. Patricks Day and I felt like shit. It took us forever to even get Nick's verse laid fully after mine.

16 Barz #9

For Number 9 we went out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon (October 27th) to Fort Snelling Park over by the MSP airport and filmed all the shots. I just wanted to incorporate nature. The lake scene turned out beautiful and the motion Tyler created with a little cart gave the video a cool effect with the sun popping through from behind me. I'm pretty stoked about this one and I think that the progression seems to begin to show as these 16's progress.

Im also thinking of running a short 200 CD's printed as like bonus discs with the 16's complete and in order!

16 Barz #8

So for this 16, I went out and bought some yellow UV contacts. I have been wanting to use some contacts in my videos and I figured since I was remixing Tech N9ne and it is getting close to halloween, it would be a perfect time to throw some creepiness into the mix. I also hit up Michael's and got some paint that I wanted to use in the background...It never worked out so I still plan to use it. I bought a neon shirt and my boy Tyler McBride came out and filmed it. Im so glad to have Tyler on my team. He is dedicated, loves Hip-Hop, and has passion for my ideas. We held up 2 black lights and filmed around them. It was hard to figure out but once we got it, we started to come up with more ideas. I hope my people enjoy this video and you should already know...

16 Barz #7

For 16 #7 I got a few people together and we went to the old 77 bridge. I had Tyler Mcbride and Derrick Koch both filming this time. It was nice to use two cameras because I could switch from shots & I would be doing the same hand movements so it made the video more interesting. The idea behind the video was that we are all the same yet a little bit different. I don't like being compared to other artists because I am me & there is only one. We all may dress the same or look similar but in reality when put next to each other every person has different qualities. I hope you enjoy this one because I spent a lot of time on it. Thanks to all who is reading and watching.

16 Barz #6

For # 6, I had a friend from Faribault, MN show me this tunnel in the middle of the woods. It was really cool and as we first walked up, I got excited! The video turned out awesome & I believe for one of my full lengths ill go back and get another shot. We got there and a train came so we quick ran in front to get that shot. We basically just had a fun day in the woods filming and goofing around skipping rocks. I found & saved a baby snapping turtle, My filmer saw a snake, We also came across a huge spray painted spider. Good times! I hope you enjoy and please share.
